Lake rentals are strictly limited to registered guests of Lake Simtustus Resort. You must be staying at the resort to book and use any rental equipment. Reservations made by non-guests are not valid, and you will be turned away if you arrive for a rental and are not a confirmed guest.

All fees are payable in advance, and reservations are secured with a credit card deposit or payment in full.

Cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Boat rentals are final, rain or shine, and are non-refundable except in cases of extreme weather or natural disasters that make water use unsafe. In the event of lightning or other unsafe conditions, rentals may be prorated for early returns or delayed departures, or fully refunded only if extreme weather prevents safe operation entirely.

Please arrive on time for your reservation. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your booking. No-shows, for any reason, will result in full forfeiture of the rental cost. No refunds will be issued outside of extreme weather events.

The speed limit in the park and moorage area is 5 mph. The lake speed limit is 10 mph, except for a designated one-mile stretch north of Pelton Park where higher speeds are permitted.
